Job descriptionGraduation is a must. 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably from the BFSI sector. Strong communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
Role Summary :
We are hiring a dynamic sales professional for our Direct Channel team. The role requires driving life insurance sales through direct customer interaction and achieving business goals without any intermediary channel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new customers through field visits and lead follow-ups.
- Promote and sell life insurance products directly.
- Understand customer financial needs and provide the right solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
