About the Client :
Our client is an Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a portfolio of clients in the BFS / Cards & Payments sector.
- Understand each client s business goals and IT requirements, developing strategies to align services with their needs.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services within the assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and technical groups, to ensure the effective delivery of solutions and services to clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights on technology trends, industry best practices, and innovative solutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues within accounts, working swiftly to mitigate them.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitive trends, and emerging technologies to continually provide value to client engagements.
- Travel to client locations as necessary to build relationships, understand client operations, and identify further collaboration opportunities.
Preferred Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Over 15 years of experience in the IT services industry.At least 10 years of experience in account or client relationship management within the IT services sector.Proven success in managing large accounts, especially in BFSI (GCC)In-depth knowledge of IT services, including software development (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), cloud solutions, digital transformation, and managed services.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities that drive revenue growth.Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Willing to travel to client locations as required.Location : Mumbai
