About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Director with deep experience in the BFSI sector to lead and manage high-profile PR accounts.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong network of media contacts, an in-depth understanding of financial services, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that influence public perception and stakeholder trust.
Key Leadership :
- Act as the senior point of contact for key BFSI clients, ensuring delivery of strategic counsel, high-impact campaigns, and measurable results.
Strategy & Planning :
Develop and implement integrated PR strategies aligned with client objectives in the BFSI domain including IPOs, quarterly results, fintech launches, insurance campaigns, investor relations, etc.Media Relations :
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business and financial journalists across national and regional platforms.Pitch stories and manage media interactions effectively.Content Development :
Oversee the creation of high-quality content including press releases, op-eds, keynote speeches, Q&A briefs, crisis communication responses, and more.Team & Budget Management :
Lead and mentor a team of executives and managers.Plan and manage account budgets and ensure timely delivery.Crisis & Reputation Management :
