Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Business, or related field 8+ years of experience delivering technical solutions, system architectures, and PLC-related programs to customers Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), PLC / SCADA, DCS, and edge computing Experience with IIoT, IT services, and C# programming Familiarity with fieldbus protocols (Modbus, Ethernet / IP, Profibus, etc.) Experience delivering classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Motivated to help others develop technical skills
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver technical training sessions, both in-person and virtual, for internal and external audiences
- Plan and organize training sessions, ensuring all resources are ready
- Gather feedback from training participants and report results
- Develop hands-on training programs and materials, including tutorials, white papers, blogs, case studies, and best practices
- Collaborate with product and business teams to provide feedback on product usability, features, and technical content
- Support marketing, sales, and business development teams with technical messaging and training needs
- Work closely with local and global technical teams to support training initiatives
