Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.). You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, maximizing ROI, and achieving performance goals through strategic and tactical execution of paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
• Write compelling ad copy and create high-performing ad creatives in collaboration with the design / content teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• Set up conversion tracking, audience lists, and remarketing strategies using Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with landing page designers and developers to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders regularly.
