JOB PURPOSE :

Identify and develop new business opportunities in India with a focus on the Water & Renewables sector.

Develops the strategic and commercial relationship with Fugro's accounts within the Water & Renewables sector with a focus on India but supporting our wider Regional initiatives.

Carries out sales and business development activities with clients within the Water & Renewables sector in order to achieve Fugro's financial and business goals, and drive diversification in our portfolio in line with the new Global Strategy.

Develop and manage an action plan, for the top opportunities to support all Fugro Indias Business & Service lines.

Develop and manage strategic relationships with assigned key account in India within Water & Renewables sector.

Maintain a pragmatic and client-focused approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Demonstrate ambition and energy to expand into new markets, contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

HSE Responsibilities :

Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets. Responsible for following all safety signs / procedures / safe working practices. Responsible for using appropriate PPEs. Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe. To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire. To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager. To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so.
