Job Purpose :

To lead and oversee all contract management, tendering, procurement, and commercial functions of the organization. The role involves ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements while maximizing value and minimizing risk in all contractual engagements for real estate development and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Contract Management & Administration

• Lead the drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of contracts for consultants, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal standards, and project requirements.
• Maintain a centralized database of contracts, tracking milestones, variations, and performance obligations.
• Manage claims, disputes, and contract closures efficiently.
