Chief Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune India. As the leader of our engineering department you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilitys systems and infrastructure.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment
• Oversee and manage complex engineering projects ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
• Analyze and optimize energy consumption implementing conservation measures to reduce operational costs
• Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize the impact of maintenance activities on daily operations
• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including maintenance records project reports and budget forecasts
• Respond to emergency situations promptly coordinating necessary repairs and minimizing downtime
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in facility management and engineering
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning for facility improvements and upgrades
