Role Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ad Specialist to lead our digital advertising efforts across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with campaign execution, budget optimization, and conversion-focused marketing in the digital commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as ROI, ACOS, CTR, and conversions.
- Use insights from platform dashboards and analytics tools to drive strategy and improvements.
- Conduct A / B testing to refine creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign assets, including product content, creatives, and videos.
- Provide regular reporting and performance analysis with actionable recommendations.
- Support advertising strategy for product launches, promotional events, and key business
priorities.
Stay informed about platform updates, advertising trends, and industry & Skills :Strong command of performance marketing tools, ad platforms, and budget optimization techniques.Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve ad efficiency.Familiarity with e-commerce SEO and how it ties into product visibility and ad strategy.Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Digital advertising certifications are a plus.Strategic, analytical, and highly detail oriented.Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Strong communicator and effective cross-functional collaborator.Passionate about digital innovation and e-commerce growth.ref : iimjobs.com)
