We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Interns who are confident communicators with a passion for learning the fundamentals of sales. In this role, you’ll engage with potential clients over calls, understand their needs, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products or services.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Accurately update lead details, call notes, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Meet or exceed weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.

Requirements :

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
  • Confidence and clarity while interacting over phone calls.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong interest in developing sales and communication skills.
  • Open to students currently pursuing graduation or recent graduates.
