5 Assistant Manager – Operationalization | AP / Telangana | Based in Hyderabad

Role Purpose

The role involves supporting Sales Managers and Franchise Partners in identifying suitable locations for EuroKids and Kangaroo Kids franchise setups. You'll conduct area research on demographics, real estate trends, and purchasing power to help drive successful new centre launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable properties for new preschool centres in assigned geographies.
• Build and maintain a strong broker and consultant network for property sourcing.
• Track market intelligence, real estate trends, and competitive benchmarks.
• Maintain a property funnel and share timely updates with Sales Managers and Zonal Heads.
• Oversee pre-launch fit-outs and civil work in line with brand ambience standards.
