Key Responsibilities :
- Manage P&L, employee motivation, customer delight, and process improvement initiatives with clear revenue linkage.
- Set up new retail outlets, including location identification, brand positioning, and launch of sales operations.
- Lead regional activities such as local marketing strategies, retail strategy formulation, merchandising, store administration, and staff management.
- Plan and execute BTL activities including in-store advertising, sales promotions, workshops, events, trade shows, and product placements.
- Expand business through innovative promotional activities, campaigns, infomercials, and enhanced customer experience management (CEM).
- Grow and manage the retail base across the region.
- Ensure operational excellence and smooth multi-location sales operations.
