Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative with a strong background in SaaS / IT product sales to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Zoho product sales, email & domain hosting, and a proven track record in B2B demand generation and deal closures. You will collaborate with the marketing team, drive inside sales, and expand our customer footprint across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the complete inside sales cycle : prospecting, qualification, pitching, and closing
- Drive sales of Zoho Mail, Zoho products, and email / domain hosting solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted lead-generation campaigns
- Research target accounts, engage key decision-makers, and nurture prospects
- Track and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals
- Analyze the market and competitors to position our offerings strategically
- Report KPIs and insights to management and refine outreach strategies
Key Skills & Experience :
26 years of experience in B2B SaaS or IT salesPrior experience selling Zoho products is highly desirableExcellent verbal and written English communicationExperience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, SalesforceStrong analytical, presentation, and client relationship skillsSelf-driven, team-oriented, and result-focused mindsetExposure to international markets (US, Middle East, India) is a Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMBA from Tier-1 / Tier-2 B-school preferredDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targetsref : iimjobs.com)
