Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing logistics team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through logistics and supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Promote and sell logistics services.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements :
Proven experience in logistics or transport-based sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Good knowledge of logistics processes.Goal-oriented and able to work independently.Basic computer skills (MS Office).Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
