Job Summary : We're looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sponsorship Executive to actively engage with potential sponsors across India for our monthly writing competitions across India. This role requires someone who thrives on direct interaction, networking, and has a knack for identifying and securing partnerships. You'll be the face of our organization in the market, building relationships and closing deals that enable us to offer exciting opportunities to writers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Outreach & Lead Generation : Proactively identify and research potential sponsorship leads by visiting corporate offices, attending industry events, networking forums, and exploring local businesses in various cities across India.
- Direct Sales & Pitching : Conduct in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual presentations to pitch sponsorship opportunities to decision-makers. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits for potential partners.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in target organizations, understanding their marketing objectives to tailor compelling proposals.
- Proposal Delivery & Follow-up : Present customized sponsorship proposals on-site or virtually, addressing client queries and diligently following up to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals : Skillfully negotiate sponsorship terms and close agreements, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and sponsor expectations.
- Market Feedback : Collect and relay market intelligence, including competitor activities and sponsor preferences, to help refine our sponsorship packages and strategies.
- Reporting : Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities, meetings, and sales progress. Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, secured sponsorships, and market insights.
- Brand Representation : Act as a professional and enthusiastic ambassador for our Company at all times, upholding our brand image during all interactions.
- Logistics Coordination : Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth handover of sponsor details for activation and fulfillment of deliverables.
Qualifications :
Fresher and having a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Development, Sales, or a related field.Interest in working in the field of sales, business development, or sponsorship acquisition, specifically in the Indian market.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, comfortable making persuasive arguments to diverse audiences.Self-motivated, highly organized, and disciplined in managing a sales pipeline.Willingness to travel extensively within India for meetings and events.Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and reporting.Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of other regional Indian languages is a significant advantage.A passion for literature, writing, or education is a plus.Remuneration : Best in the industry + Incentives.
