We’re looking for an Inside Sales Associate who enjoys conversations, builds relationships with ease, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll be at the forefront of customer experience and retention — calling, connecting, and ensuring every BLEP parent and pet has a smooth, happy journey.

You’ll handle :

📞 Talking to pet parents daily — understanding needs, explaining BLEP’s benefits, and helping them choose the right plan.

🎯 Following up with leads and customers to drive conversions and repeat orders.

📊 Updating call data and insights in CRM / Sheets.

🤝 Coordinating with operations & marketing for a seamless experience.

What We’re Looking For

🐶 Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

📈 Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

⚡ Fast learner with a customer-first mindset
