Sr Advanced Software Engr

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Advanced Software Engr to join our team at Sparta Systems. In this crucial role, you will lead the design and development of sophisticated web applications, blending strong UI / UX and graphic design expertise with robust front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to deliver visually appealing, high-performing, and user-friendly solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated web applications that balance aesthetic appeal with functional usability.
• Lead the UI / UX design process by creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, and conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
• Produce high-quality graphics, icons, and visual content that align with branding and contribute to a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
• Code and implement responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to best practices.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use in React, participating in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, code inefficiencies, and other technical challenges during development and deployment.
