Job descriptionDefine and implement the enterprise wide TDM strategy aligned with QA and DevOps goals Lead the design and execution of test data provisioning masking subsetting and refresh processes Collaborate with QA development and data teams to understand data needs and ensure timely availability of test data Evaluate and implement TDM tools e Informatica TDM CA Test Data Manager Delphix IBM Optim Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations e GDPR HIPAA Automate test data creation and management processes to support CI CD pipelines Monitor and optimize test data usage storage and refresh cycles Provide technical leadership and mentoring to QA teams on TDM best practices 5 years of experience in Test Data Management and QA leadership roles Hands on experience with one or more TDM tools Informatica TDM CA TDM Delphix IBM Optim or equivalent Strong knowledge of data masking subsetting cloning and synthetic data generation Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL etc Experience in test automation frameworks and integrating TDM with automation pipelines Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills Knowledge of data virtualization and synthetic data generation techniques Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins Git and Docker
Job Description :
- We are looking for a highly skilled Test Lead with strong experience in Test Data Management TDM to define implement and govern TDM strategies across the software testing lifecycle
- The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with TDM tools data provisioning masking and automation and will play a key role in ensuring high quality secure and efficient test data practices across projects
