Area of Work Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Vendor and Logistic will be the key functionality of person. Job Responsibilities : Manage order fulfillment process. Ensuring communication by mail, chats, and calls with buyers for hassle-free order process. Helping buyers in finding products on the website, answering the inquiry. Solving buyer queries related to the products and guiding them appropriately. Manage and handle invoice, shipping documents, logistic and delivery. Preparing quotes, invoice, PO for bulk and corporate order. Working with Logistic Partner. Other Competencies : Ability to handle pressure and can work independently. Effective communicator and possess excellent oral and written skills. Collaborative and flexible working style. Hands on experience with MS Excel. Should be good listener, have convincing and negotiation skill.
