ServiceNow Developer - ITSM / ITOM / HRSD Module

Description :

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, SAM / HAM, and CSM, in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Implement and manage 3rd-party integrations with ServiceNow to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Develop and customize workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using JavaScript, XML, and XSL.
• Review and validate deliverables from team members to ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate functional, technical, and business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Prepare effort estimates, technical documentation, and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for proposed solutions.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of implemented ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively, demonstrating strong time management and team coordination skills.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to recommend process improvements and solution enhancements.
