Assistant Manager / Manager Industrial Sales
Location : Pune
Job Description :
- Must experience in business development in Industrial and construction segment.
- Having the technical knowledge in Industrial and Construction lubricants
- General Lubricants, Automotive Range of products, Quenching Oils,
- Compressor Oils, Refrigeration Oils, Metal working fluids, Premium Gear Oils etc.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Key Account relationship management and new client acquisition.
- New Distributor appointment and management of existing distributors.
- Conducting weekly meetings with all DSR on sales target and get update on new business development.
- Undertaking trials of soluble cutting oil and straight cutting oil, generate report by giving cost saving on per component.
- Investigating new unique application and developing new product in line with application and selling it at higher margin by using various measures or tools.
- Formulating annual plan by regularly reviewing sales on quarterly & monthly basis.
- Manage balanced client and product portfolio with repeat new orders.
- Sales collections and revenue enhancement.
- Individual Contributor role.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Educational Qualification : Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required : Minimum 8-10 years experience in B2B technical sales of Industrial Lubricants.
Must Have skills :
Industry and product knowledge.Excellent Communication skills.Ability to present to a group and influence.Good commercial and analytical skills.Ability to make cold calls and generate leads.Good customer relationship management and networking skills.MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel and Power Point)Good to have
