About the Role
We’re hiring a customer-focused professional to handle travel-related queries, bookings, modifications, and support. Prior experience in travel / hospitality customer service is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound / outbound calls for bookings, inquiries, and cancellations
- Provide accurate info on flights, hotels & holiday packages
- Resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing & sales
- Update CRM records and follow quality standards
Requirements
6 months–1 year of customer support experience (travel / BPO preferred)Strong English & Hindi communicationBasic knowledge of travel terms (PNR, GDS, fares)Good problem-solving & multitasking skillsMS Office + CRM familiarity ( Preferably ZOHO CRM )Preferred
