Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires working during US business hours (Night Shift IST) .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1- 1.5 years of experience in US IT recruitment .
• Strong understanding of IT terminology and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone) . Key Responsibilities
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Screen candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and work status with candidates.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up throughout the interview process.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build relationships with consultants and continuously engage for new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed weekly / monthly hiring goals.
