Reflect Security Solutions is a leading cybersecurity company protecting businesses across India and abroad. We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist who is passionate about technology sales and wants to make an impact in the rapidly growing cybersecurity space.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our services, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and online engagement
- Explain cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, compliance, and secure development to prospects
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales and technical teams
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns and follow-up
- Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to personalize outreach
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and opportunity generation targets
- Support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and contract follow-up
- Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and Reflect’s service offerings
What We're Looking For :
2 to 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in IT or cybersecurityStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) preferable.High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven attitudeAbility to grasp technical concepts and explain them simplyAvailable to join immediatelyGraduation : Any graduation with a passion for sales.What You'll Get :
