FLOOR PACKING INCHARGE

We are looking for Floor Packing Incharge

Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 3-5 Years

Salary : 25K

Job Location : Sec. 27 / A Faridabad

Role and Responsibilities

• Update and maintain data on a regular basis
• Coordination with Overseas Buyers regarding shipments and packaging
• Manage goods, keep record of stocks and storage, and pack orders
• Identify and dispatch quality goods
• Responsible for preparation of loading slip and instructing the loading team to schedule loading accordingly
• Verifying the contents of the loaded truck as per loading slip
• Preparation of invoices and preparation of all supporting documents with invoices (i.e. GR, road permit, ASN & gate pass etc.)
• Responsible for adherence to vehicle dispatch time schedule
• To clear the vehicle from weighment, in case of weight differences
• Creating shipment document of every vehicle and document creation for reusable packing material
• Proper Knowledge of E-Way bill
