Floor Incharge

Job Summary : The Floor Incharge (FOT member) ensures discipline, manages floor / classroom activities, and facilitates smooth communication between students, faculty, and staff.

Location : - Manjalpur, Vadodara

Responsibilities : Arrive 30 mins early for technical checks (once daily) Manage class discipline and rules Distribute materials and take attendance if needed Support faculty and assist in tests (online / offline) Check equipment and update software / assets regularly Handle AV / mic setup and ensure quality Coordinate issue resolution and escalate when required Train new FOTs and ensure SOP compliance Requirements : 12th pass or equivalent Strong communication and organizational skills Technically proficient with classroom tools Experience in education preferred Must understand English and Hindi
