Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented fresher to join our garment manufacturing unit as a Checking Incharge. The selected candidate will be trained to supervise garment checking operations and ensure product quality as per company and buyer standards.

Key Responsibilities (Post-training)

• Learn and implement garment quality checking processes.
• Identify and report common garment defects.
• Supervise and support the checking team on the production floor.
• Maintain proper documentation of checking reports.
• Coordinate with the finishing and packing departments.
• Ensure rechecked garments meet required standards.
