Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and supervise all lab activities and technicians

Conduct testing of raw materials, finished products, or construction materials

Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment

Maintain proper documentation, reports, and quality records

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Coordinate with production, QA, and project teams for testing needs

Prepare daily / weekly test reports for management review

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline in the lab

Requirements

Key Skills Required :

Strong knowledge of testing procedures and lab instruments

Attention to detail and high accuracy in recording results

Ability to lead and supervise a small team

Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, IS, ISO)

Good communication and reporting skills

Computer literacy (Excel, basic data entry)

Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
