Role Objective :

To institutionalize robust operational systems, monitor performance across all departments, and build a high-performing, cost-effective workforce aligned with the company's strategic vision. This role ensures operational discipline, process innovation, and manpower efficiency to make the organization competitive and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Process Setup & Operational Standardization

• Design and implement SOPs across all functions — Production, QC, Purchase, HR, Stores, Dispatch, and Finance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for factory and HO teams to ensure accountability.
• Introduce lean manufacturing and productivity tools (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Ensure smooth coordination between factory and HO for planning, approvals, and reporting.
