Job Overview And Responsibilities

United Airlines is growing faster than ever, and we need talented software engineers / developers like you to fill the critical openings across our business. This is a hybrid position with ample flexibility working from home or at the office, annual base salary / bonus incentives, along with exciting travel opportunities with free flight travel (on employee pass) benefits.

• Participate in the design and development of United's adaptive customer technology platforms with built in hyper-personalization capabilities.
• Collaborate with technology leads / developers, business SMEs, UX designers, and technology stakeholders to define technical deliveries
• Strong knowledge of python, generative AI, recommender systems and AI powered search systems.
• Knowledge of ecosystem and technologies using advanced personalization capabilities and agentic AI.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments in the rapidly evolving field of ML and AI.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping, persona design, and multichannel marketing.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) in cloud and CX solutions
• Highlight and document risks, issues, blockers and dependencies; discuss with team project manager on regular basis
• Coordinate with Cloud infrastructure teams (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance deployments
• Track delivery milestones and interdependencies across multiple teams
• Oversee vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable
• Support and guide the team in removing blockers, maintaining momentum, and ensuring quality
• Effective Communication (verbal + written) and a strong team player.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (Safe Agile methodology)
