Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Fine Arts (Applied Arts / Animation / Visual Communication) or equivalent. 3–4 years of hands-on experience in 2D character animation and motion design. Skilled in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop (Blender is a plus). Deep understanding of animation principles, timing, character movement, and visual storytelling. Strong eye for composition, color, and typography. A portfolio or demo reel that showcases your animation versatility and storytelling style. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.

Key Responsibilities :
- Create high-quality 2D character animations and motion graphics for brands, campaigns, and digital content.
- Develop storyboards, animation sequences, and character motions that tell stories visually and emotionally.
- Collaborate with creative directors, illustrators, and content teams to ensure unified storytelling.
- Animate for a range of platforms — from social media and web to broadcast and digital campaigns.
- Transform static designs into fluid, engaging motion with strong visual rhythm.
- Optimize animations for performance and quality across multiple formats and platforms.
- Stay inspired and up-to-date with the latest animation styles, techniques, and tools.
