We’re looking for an HR Generalist to help us grow with intent. This is not a back-office role. You’ll be central to how we hire, onboard, support, and build energy across the company. You’ll work closely with leadership, manage core HR operations, and help shape how people experience One MG from day one.
What you’ll do
- Run end-to-end recruitment : job postings, sourcing, scheduling, and closure
- Plan and execute onboarding experiences
- Manage HR operations : documentation, payroll coordination, and process upkeep
- Support performance feedback cycles and appraisal rhythms
- Be a clear, calm point of contact for employee questions or issues
- Coordinate internal rituals, culture-building moments, and team check-ins
What we’re looking for
6–12 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or people opsExcellent written and spoken communicationEducational background in HR, Visual Communication, Advertising, or Media (mandatory)Internship or experience at a creative, digital, or advertising agency is a strong plusFast learner, clear thinker, and comfortable working directly with leadershipSomeone who values both structure and people—and knows how to balance bothThis role is ideal for someone who’s early in their career but ready to grow fast, take ownership, and be part of building a company with intention and heart.
