Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. You'll help build a strong and vibrant work culture aligned with Wecodee's mission and values.

Key & Onboarding :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new Relations :
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure timely resolution of HR issues.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal Management :
• Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain appraisal records.
• Work closely with managers to support employee growth and development plans.
