About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic HR & Business Development Manager (HRBD) to join our expanding team in Mozambique, Southern Africa. This role requires a unique blend of Human Resource expertise (40%) and strong Business Development skills (60%).
The ideal candidate will have experience pitching HR solutions and managing client relationships, ideally within the Edtech, Tourism, or Visa consulting sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources (40%) :
- Understand and communicate HR services to clients effectively.
- Assist in planning, recruiting, and deploying human capital as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal HR teams to ensure efficient talent placement and compliance.
- Stay up to date with international visa processes and documentation.
Business Development (60%) :
Pitch and promote the company's HR services to potential clients across Southern Africa.Identify and develop new business opportunities in key markets.Build and nurture strong client relationships.Travel frequently across Southern Africa for client meetings (company-sponsored).Represent the company at business and networking events as needed.Candidate Requirements :
Must be an Indian citizen with a valid passport (minimum 1.5 years validity).Minimum 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated expertise in both HR and Business Development.Prior experience in Edtech, Tourism, or industries related to visa and international staffing is strongly preferred.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Willingness to relocate to Mozambique and travel across Southern Africa regularly.ref : iimjobs.com)
