Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in roles which engage with external or internal stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Job

The gReach Program is a paid 12 months upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals. As a Marketing Manager Associate, you will support the analysis and execution for key Marketing projects / areas. You will take on broad-reaching and ambiguous questions while working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
