Key Responsibilities : Own sales and growth through content creators

Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of rewards programs and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage Relationships

Build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates, acting as the main point of contact to drive growth and performance. Campaign Optimization

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, leveraging data to maximize ROI. Accountability for Results

Own performance metrics, ensuring growth, revenue targets, and KPIs are met. Lead strategy and negotiations

Develop and implement marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Creative Collaboration

Work with creative teams to produce impactful marketing materials for TikTok Shop affiliates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong affiliate relationships. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills.
