Job descriptionSource qualified healthcare professionals from job portals, internal databases, and Screen candidates to assess communication skills, availability, and basic qualification fit. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases. Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding. Work collaboratively with team members and Account Managers to meet hiring targets. Graduate in any discipline ( B.Com , B.Sc , BA, BBA, BCA, BE, etc.). Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Willingness to work in the US shift (06 : 00 PM – 03 : 30 AM IST). Basic computer and MS Office knowledge. Pick-up and Drop Facility for all night shift employees. Meal Facility provided during working hours. Comprehensive Medical Insurance coverage.
