Title : Sales Coordinator
Location : Aurangabad

Reporting To : CEO
Work Location : Usmanpura, Aurangabad (On-site)
Candidate Profile : Married female candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
Handle repeat orders, delivery status updates, and customer inquiries with accuracy and promptness.
Monitor and manage sales order pipeline; track and update customers on dispatch dates, invoice generation, and payment reminders.
Maintain updated records of customer transactions, order history, and feedback.
Address customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Prepare and share daily / weekly MIS reports related to existing customer sales, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
Assist in cross-selling opportunities and product range expansion to current clients.
Organize customer documentation (POs, invoices, DCs, etc.) for audit and compliance.
Requirements
Job Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in commerce, sales, or business administration.
Minimum 0–3 years experience in a sales coordination or back-office support role.
Proficient in MS Excel, Email, and ERP / CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
Good command over written and spoken English and Hindi Marathi.
