Title : Sales Coordinator – Existing Customers

Reporting To : Sales Head
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers only , managing their day-to-day inquiries and coordination needs.
Follow up on reorders, pending quotations, and repeat requirements across 500+ active accounts.
Prioritize communication with high-value clients (Golden Accounts) and maintain consistent engagement.
Coordinate internally with Production, Quality, Design, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Ensure accurate data entry and tracking using CRM software; maintain updated customer history and interaction records.
Monitor order status and proactively alert the team and customers of any potential delays or deviations.
Assist in preparing customer-specific reports, reorder forecasts, and feedback loops.
Leverage ChatGPT or similar tools for drafting professional communication, extracting insights, and improving productivity.
Handle post-sales coordination for calibration schedules, AMC renewals, and other customer lifecycle touchpoints.
Support the Sales Head with customer data organization, call summaries, and retention initiatives.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce / Science / Engineering preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a sales support, client coordination, or customer-facing role in a B2B environment.
Female candidates only are eligible for this position.
Proficiency in using CRM software and modern productivity tools.
Familiarity with ChatGPT or generative AI tools for communication and task automation is mandatory.
