Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Specialist, located in Gurgaon. The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing daily business operations, analyzing business processes and data, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will also be engaged in communicating effectively with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and developing strategies to enhance business performance.

• Strong skills in Business Operations and Business Analysis
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and make decisions
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with stakeholders
• Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the operations or related role is a plus
