Role Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious, self-driven Sales Executive who can scout and develop opportunities across B2C and B2B segments. This is not your average desk job — you'll be out in the world, engaging potential customers, opening new sales channels, and setting KOZY fire pits ablaze across India’s most exciting communities and venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Funnel Creation : Build, manage, and optimize sales funnels for direct-to-consumer (D2C), retail partnerships, and bulk B2B sales.
  • Lead Generation : Actively prospect and pitch to :
  • Villa communities and premium residential clusters
  • Resorts, boutique hotels, and staycation properties
  • Adventure / outdoor clubs and campgrounds
  • Exhibitions and trade fairs
  • Corporates for gifting & event needs
  • On-Ground Activation : Set up product demos and live experiences to showcase KOZY fire pits' unique features.
  • Workflow Design : Create structured workflows for lead qualification, follow-ups, sales closure, and CRM updates.
  • Sales Reporting : Maintain weekly reports, performance dashboards, and forecast sales pipelines.
  • Partnership Development : Initiate and nurture relationships that open new sales and promotional avenues.
  • Travel : Travel extensively within designated territories to meet prospects and attend events, expos, or pop-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–5 years of field sales experience (preferably in B2B or lifestyle / home improvement sectors)
  • MBA / BBA
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confident self-starter with ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Experience in building new market segments and sales frameworks
  • Willingness to travel frequently (local and occasional interstate)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital lead management systems is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for lifestyle products, outdoor living, or experiential sales is a big bonus
