  • About the role :

    We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Manager to manage post-sales client engagement, documentation, payment schedules, and ensure a seamless customer journey from booking to possession. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and CRM software skills to build trust and long-term relationships with buyers.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a single point of contact for all post-sale customer queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects) for smooth onboarding and documentation.
  • Manage and update customer data in Salesforce.
  • Track and follow up on payments as per schedule; issue payment reminders and receipts.
  • Facilitate agreements, allotment letters, possession letters, and other documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, handovers, and snagging.
  • Handle client complaints, grievances, or escalation cases professionally.
  • Share project updates, construction milestones, and timelines proactively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction scores and NPS remain high.
  • Requirements :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Real Estate, or Marketing).
  • 10–12 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate.
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation, RERA regulations, and payment plans is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Prior experience in managing high-ticket customers.
  • Ability to empathize, yet stay firm on company processes and policies.
  • Problem-solving attitude and strong accountability.
