Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kozhikode. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and developing innovative strategies to expand the company's market presence. Additional responsibilities include preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Strategic Planning
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Market Research
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
