Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team to improve their performance and help them achieve their targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Sales Strategies, and Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in team management and mentoring
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Experience in the interiors industry is a plus
• 1-5 years of Sales experience.
• Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully handling Team.
• BS / MS Graduate / Postgraduate in business administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of home interiors domain, a bonus.
