Ridhira Group is India’s largest wellness company. With India’s largest spa network, wellness reality real estate and resorts offerings, and premium event venues. We are looking for a self-driven and sales-focused individual to drive sales across our three company verticals.

Job Title : B2B Sales Manager (Corporate Sales)

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 2–5 years

Salary : ₹4–6 LPA + performance incentives.

Role Overview :

The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, outreach, managing relationships, and generating sales. Along with this they would be executing 12 in-house events per month to generate leads and sales.

Primary KRAs

  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for corporate events, corporate spa bookings, and real estate sales, exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Client Satisfaction : Ensure high client satisfaction levels through effective communication, timely delivery, and exceptional service.

Desirable Skills :

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business development and sales strategy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eligibility Criteria :

  • Graduate Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Event sales / Hospitality sales
  • Must have their own vehicle and laptop
  • Local knowledge of Hyderabad market preferred.
  • Strong communication, networking, and conversion skills.
