Job Title : B2B Sales Manager (Corporate Sales)
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 2–5 years
Salary : ₹4–6 LPA + performance incentives.
Role Overview :
The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, outreach, managing relationships, and generating sales. Along with this they would be executing 12 in-house events per month to generate leads and sales.
Primary KRAs
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for corporate events, corporate spa bookings, and real estate sales, exceeding sales targets.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Client Satisfaction : Ensure high client satisfaction levels through effective communication, timely delivery, and exceptional service.
