METRO AG - Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver functional solutions.
• Managing Incidents within the set-out SLAs and ensuring Incidents are updated timely with the expected quality of data and information.
• Provide expert functional solution for any requirement or issue.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Oracle HCM systems.
• Developing and executing test scripts, documenting functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with third-party applications.
• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM issues, including resolving complex tickets and collaborating with technical teams.
• Provide standby or back-up support whenever required.
• Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever : Skills :
• At least 3 to 5 years of implementation / AMS experience with Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation & Benefits) are must have.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Onboarding, Performance Management, Goals Setting, Helpdesk) are good to have.
• Experience in HCM configurations, security setup, and workflow customization.
• Experience on Redwood page customization and OTBI Reports.
• Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus.
