1. Process Optimization & Project Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer experience) to standardize customer-focused processes
- Conduct root-cause analysis using DMAIC, Pareto charts, and PPI 8-step methodology to eliminate defects in marketing campaigns and operational workflows
- Lead Kaizen events and small-to-medium-scale Six Sigma projects, ensuring alignment with critical metrics (, return on investment, customer retention)
2. Training & Mentorship
