Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Senior Executive - CSR and Social Impact Fundraising. The responsibilities include engaging with CSR teams and social organizations to raise funds for impactful education initiatives. The role involves proposal development, presentation, and negotiation with stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and ensuring alignment with iDream Education's mission. The candidate will also manage fundraising campaigns, track project deliverables, and ensure timely reporting to sponsors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, including skills in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing Customer Experience and relationship-building
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to create and manage partnerships with corporates, NGOs, or government organizations
• Experience in fundraising, proposal writing, and managing donor relationships is highly desirable
• Passion for education, social development, and impact-driven initiatives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field is preferred
