SEO / SEM Specialist | IN Client | Onsite

Job Summary :

The SEO / SEM Specialist is responsible for executing data-driven strategies to enhance the business’s paid and organic search performance across key digital platforms. This role leads the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and other SEM platforms), works closely with Digital Design & UI for on-page and local SEO initiatives, and identifies growth opportunities through detailed performance analysis and research.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager, the role plays a critical part in increasing traffic, improving conversion rates, and supporting broader marketing goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other SEM platforms (Search, Display, Performance Max).

Write engaging, high-performing ad copy and test multiple creatives to improve CTR and conversions.

Track campaign performance regularly, analyze data, and implement adjustments to meet performance KPIs.

Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and maintain cost-effectiveness.

Apply advanced targeting techniques such as remarketing, audience segmentation, and geotargeting.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation to shape campaign direction.

Collaborate with content and design teams to improve landing page performance.

Implement local SEO strategies by optimizing local landing pages and ensuring up-to-date content and location-based keywords.

Maintain consistent alignment with the marketing team on overall objectives and campaign integration.

Stay current with SEM and SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, applying them as needed.

Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, analyzing metrics like impressions, CTR, CPC, conversions, and quality score.

Work closely with the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager to adjust bidding strategies based on performance insights.

Proactively address any campaign issues or sudden changes in performance.
