Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced and technically hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong background in .NET and MSSQL, preferably from the Logistics or SaaS domain.

This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of engineering delivery, guide a team of 10+ developers, and drive architectural and technical excellence while also aligning closely with product and business goals.

You will spend 60-70% of your time on core technology decisions and hands-on involvement, and 30-40% on functional leadership including delivery, team performance, and stakeholder collaboration.

What you'll do? :

Technical Ownership (70%) :

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET (C#) and MSSQL.
• Provide technical guidance, architecture reviews, and hands-on mentorship to the engineering team.
• Maintain high standards of software quality through code reviews and development best practices.
• Identify and address technical debt, system performance issues, and potential bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements in tools and frameworks.
